Biotin Digoxigenin 3 kb DNA Handle (3,024 bp) is labeled with 3 digoxigenin on the 5’ end of one strand and 3 biotins on the 5’ of the other strand. This construct can be used as a short DNA construct or DNA handle for single-molecule force spectroscopy, where the digoxigenin-labeled DNA end is attached to an anti-digoxigenin bead and the biotinylated end can be used to attach to a biotinylated protein of interest via a sandwich construct (biotin-streptavidin-biotin).
